ALYACO Terms of Sale
These Terms of Sale (the "Terms") form the agreement between WRITTEN BIRD LLC (the "Seller") and the customer (the "Buyer") placing an order at alyacohome.com. By placing an order you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms.
1. Scope
These Terms govern the sale and delivery of the products ordered by the Buyer at alyacohome.com, whose characteristics and sales price are stated on the order page, and set out the rights and obligations of both parties.

3. Products and Payment
The essential characteristics of the product, the sales price including applicable taxes and the shipping cost are shown on the order summary page. By confirming the order, the Buyer declares that they have read and accepted this information. Payments are collected through a secure, 3D Secure-enabled payment infrastructure.
4. Delivery
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment approval and typically arrive at the address provided by the Buyer within 1–3 business days, and in any case no later than 30 (thirty) days from the order date. For made-to-order products, the production time is stated separately on the product page. If a package appears damaged on delivery, it should not be accepted and the carrier should be asked to record the damage. 5. Consumer Guarantees
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantees, rights or remedies that the Buyer may have under applicable consumer protection law, including the Australian Consumer Law where it applies. Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under such laws: if a product has a major failure, the Buyer is entitled to a replacement or refund (and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage); if the failure is not major, the Buyer is entitled to have it repaired or replaced within a reasonable time.
6. Change-of-Mind Returns
In addition to the Buyer's statutory rights, ALYACO accepts change-of-mind returns within 14 (fourteen) days of delivery, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging. To start a return, notify ALYACO customer service (info@alyacohome.com) in writing. Once the returned product is received, the product price is refunded within 14 days. Products personalised or made to the Buyer's specifications are excluded from change-of-mind returns; this does not affect the Buyer's rights in respect of faulty products.
7. General Provisions
By placing an order at alyacohome.com, the Buyer is deemed to have accepted all conditions of these Terms. Any dispute arising from these Terms is subject to the applicable consumer protection laws of the competent jurisdiction; where the Buyer is a consumer, mandatory rules of the Buyer's country of residence remain unaffected.
8. Entry into Force
These Terms enter into force upon the Buyer's confirmation of the order and are deemed delivered to the Buyer electronically together with the order confirmation email.
